Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each piece is carefully packed by hand and shipped from my studio in Mainz, Germany.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment. During busy periods or while I am attending ceramic markets, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. If this is the case, I will let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping

I currently ship within Germany and all countries of the European Union.

Shipping rates:

• Germany

  • Orders up to 2 kg: €6.90

  • Orders up to 5 kg: €8.90

• European Union

  • Orders up to 2 kg: €12.90

  • Orders up to 5 kg: €19.90

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Whenever available, tracking information will be included.

If you are located outside the European Union and are interested in purchasing a piece, please feel free to get in touch. I’ll be happy to provide an individual shipping quote.

Packaging

Ceramics are fragile by nature, so every order is carefully wrapped using protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

Where possible, I use recyclable and environmentally conscious packaging materials.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and include photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging. This helps me resolve the issue quickly with the shipping provider. I will, of course, work with you to find the best possible solution.
